About Anne Clark

Business + Life Coach

As you already know, I’m Anne.  I am a mum of 3 awesome kids and a wife to my best friend, my husband Dean. I’m a life and business coach. I have been successfully running my own businesses for over 9 years. I love being my own boss for many reasons, and the main one being that I have the flexibility to meet my families needs.

My family is my world.

When I’m not hanging out with them, I’m here in the online space working with amazing people seeking to gain clarity, empowerment, confidence, self belief and motivation to achieve what their heart desires.

Coming from a corporate background, where I was a corporate personal assistant and office manager for Board of Directors, Managing Directors, Chief Financial Officers, Executive Teams, managing staff, organising large corporate events and everything else thrown at me.

MY GREATEST MOMENTS

My greatest moments were marrying my best friend, aka my husband Dean. Dean encouraged me to start my business journey and has always been there every step of the way, through the highs and challenges, to tell me ‘you’ve got this’.

When I became a mother, my intuition became my superpower and through the last 10 years, it’s grown in who I am. I lead with my heart, not my head. I’ve learned in my business journey that every time I have allowed my head to tell me what to do, I’ve found myself in situations that simply were not aligned to who I am as a person.

When I lead with heart, I work with people who are like-minded and amazing. I flourish in the things I create and do in my life.

I believe this to be our greatest asset and gift we can ever give ourselves. Living a life that is solely aligned to who we are as a person.

MUM’S CAN HAVE IT ALL

Being a mum in business isn’t easy but it’s doable and worthwhile. To be able to be a role model to my own children is pretty amazing. To know I can be available to their needs is important to me, but it has never meant that my clients have been compromised either.

Mums can be their toughest critic, feeling they’re not delivering or they’re not capable of doing it. I think we can, it’s simply about having healthy boundaries and ensuring you priorities are in the order most suited to you as a person.

My simple musts are; weekends no work that is my family time, at least 1 night off a week from business and I love to have at least 1 night ‘date’ night with my husband. This is where we focus on each other, no kids just us. This does not mean we’re going out every week, this is us sitting down with a glass of wine, laughing, talking and connecting.
