My Journey
I have been using essential oils from my early 20’s. I had a history of suffering anxiety panic attacks. Often for me these where trigger around change. I unfortunately walked out of a couple of jobs within the first few days because I feel so overwhelmed and embarrassed to explain my condition to my employers. I remember starting a new job and using lavender oil to help keep me calm. It worked for me and resonate with me more than having the doctors prescribe something for me.
When I became a mum, my journey into motherhood saw me bringing essential oils into my children’s lives to help them with various scenarios from restless sleep to burn or cuts. They absolutely love asking to choose what oils are going into our defuser. I have purchase the children’s range of oils and they love applying them when they need courage or calmness.
With running my own business, I love nothing more than burning an essential oil to help me heighten what needs to be done that day from elevation to peace and calm.
